About

We are a society at LSE aiming to encourage and enhance women’s political leadership and influence. We seek to understand how and why governments accommodate or restrain the political role of women globally so we can work towards the betterment of Women in Politics today and enable our society members to succeed.
Inclusiveness is a key aspect of our society - our events will aim to be both intersectional and international.
We offer discussion panels and conferences with female political leaders to inform and inspire, skills workshops, networking and work-experience opportunities to equip our members with the tools to ensure political success.
We lead the Hands Off LSE campaign (initiated in Sep 2019) to improve the sexual violence support and provision in LSE.
