LSESU PRIS is a society that is dedicated towards hosting events dedicated to the field of political risk and investment. Originally founded with a strategic, military-oriented focus in mind, we have grown to accommodate students from a wide range of backgrounds interested in the interplay between political affairs and economics.
We mainly invite guest speakers in IR/foreign service related fields or investment industry leaders to comment on recent geopolitical trends in markets around the world. We believe that these talks can be intellectually stimulating and interesting for students interested in world affairs as well as the political risk industry.
