This is a premier buy-side M&A case competition where teams will pitch the strategic acquisition of their choosing from the perspective of a given mega cap acquirer. The task will involve building a structured acquisition thesis in conjugation with necessary financial modelling, with the top participants being selected to attend the finals live in London in front of a panel of judges.
