'Give It a Go' Events are activities laid on by Clubs and Societies throughout the Welcome period - organised for the purpose of showcasing what their group is all about, and giving new/returning students a chance to meet new people, and see what's on offer before becoming a full member.

Details of each individual event will be found under this overall umbrella in the lead up to Welcome, but aside from that the best place to stay fully up-to-date on timings and locations for these activities is to check out the Social Media accounts of the groups you're interested in joining.

Students will also have the chance to speak to Clubs and Societies at the LSESU Welcome Fair, which will take place across the following dates:

Tuesday 24 September - National, Cultural, Faith & Charity/Political/Campaigning Groups

Wednesday 25 September - Sport, Special Interest & Media Groups

Thursday 26 September - Academic & Careers Groups
