In this event, we we are specifically focusing on the individual and what we can do to improve our day-to-day habits. Although the attention economy is a larger issue that lies in the hands of big tech companies and policy makers, we also need short-term solutions for what to do right now. Change takes time, and in the meanwhile, we as indiviuals need to find ways to protect ourselves.
To create a daily rhythm that is free from scrolling-addiction, the first step is to be aware of the habits we have formed. In this session, we will explore different techniques for structuring your everyday life to be less scrolling and more fulfilling. We will provide pen and paper and whatever else needed, so all you have to do is show up!
